I am a retired Police Sergeant, having left Merseyside Police in 2026 after 30 years of service. During my career, I gained experience across a range of roles, including occupational health, firearms, protective training, response policing, and custody.

Throughout my career, I’ve always had a deep passion for helping others and for promoting positive wellbeing. This led me to become involved with the Thin Blue Line UK charity after facing my own personal challenges too.

A transformative week spent with the Thin Blue Line Denmark team further inspired my commitment, introducing me to incredible colleagues who share the same drive to support those behind the badge. Upon my return to the UK, I volunteered my services to the Thin Blue Line UK and was honoured to later be invited as a trustee.

As a trustee, I’m proud to work alongside a dedicated team of fellow trustees and ambassadors, each volunteer who gives their time and energy to support our policing family. I consider it a genuine honour to represent this charity and contribute to its mission.

I enjoy holidays, watching football, rugby league, and the occasional glass of wine or two. I’m currently in my third year as a trainee therapist, planning for my next chapter with the hope of continuing to support the Thin Blue Line family through a variety of different roles by helping my exceptional colleagues who do a job like no other...
