Bluelight Wellbeing Retreats

Applications are now open for the April 2026 Bluelight Wellbeing Retreats

Applications close on Sunday 22nd February 2026

Here at Thin Blue Line UK, we are delighted to offer several fully funded places for serving and retired Police Officers to attend the Blue Light Wellbeing Retreat this April. Officers from anywhere in the UK are welcome to apply for a place on the retreat; and we also welcome nominations which are made to nominate an officer by their colleagues, friends, or family too!

The retreat will place from Friday 24th April to Sunday 26th April 2026 in a beautiful, peaceful Cotswolds location, and will be led by the fantastic Hannah Bailey (of Blue Light Wellbeing), a former police officer and now a highly qualified therapist.

The two‑night, three‑day wellbeing retreat is designed to give serving and retired police officers the space to learn, connect, and strengthen their mental health. Through a blend of relaxation, group learning, and new experiences, the retreat offers a guaranteed opportunity to decompress from the stresses of work and home, reconnect with yourself and others, and gain the mindset, tools, and techniques needed to navigate life’s challenges.

Included on the Retreat...

🪷Transformative SOMA Breathwork Sessions with Adam Bray.
🥭Nourishing meals from 'Lexis Loving Spoonful'.
🪵Campfire connection and shared learning.
💦A fully supported cold-water immersion experience.
🌿Time in nature to relax, heal, and rebalance.
💞A fun quiz night filled with laughter and community.
