Selkirk Distillery’s owner and head distiller, Allan, is a retired police officer, making his support for the Thin Blue Line charity not only fitting but truly heartfelt. The botanicals used to make Thin Blue Line include milk thistle, everlasting flower, frankincense and grapefruit offering warm, woody spiciness on the palate, softened by floral notes and lifted by a vibrant citrus finish.
